Job description.		A clean/tidy, enthusiastic and responsible person . While we will speak English in the household, we expect the au pair to only speak with Z in Mandarin. (Z already has a good understanding of Mandarin.) We request the au pair conduct Mandarin language classes with Z for approximately 5 hours a week. The au pair will have a set schedule, but must be flexible at times throughout the year as both parents travel and require a schedule adjustment. The schedule roughly includes helping Z get ready for school, teaching him Mandarin and washing up in the evening, several hours of dusting/vacuuming, and approximatly 10 hours on the weekend.
